Delivery dates are not guaranteed. New Mexico Piñon Coffee will make every effort to ship your package for delivery on the desired date. We recommend that your order be placed before these "last chance" dates.
NOTE: Because our coffee is fresh-roasted on demand, there may be a production lag time of up to 72 hours during the holiday season. Please anticipate your order placed between Thanksgiving Day through Christmas Day to have a few extra production days. We are sorry for the inconvenience!

Return PolicyIf you’re not satisfied with a purchase you made, return it within 30 days for a full refund. Returns are dependent upon these 3 conditions:
- Shipping charges are not refundable, and you must pay for the return shipping, unless the return is the result of an error in our shipping or fulfillment.
- Sale items and orders of 10 or more of the exact same item are not returnable unless damaged or defective
- You must first request return shipping instructions by contacting us. We will refuse packages we are not expecting.
- We do not offer exchanges or replacements for orders purchased through Amazon Marketplace Sellers, Costco, or any other vendors or resellers, physical or digital, of our coffee or other products. Any issues arising from purchases from any entity other than nmpinoncoffee.com or our physical location at 2420 Comanche Road Northeast in Albuquerque, New Mexico should be directed to the vendor or reseller.
