Greetings from New Mexico, Land of the Piñon
There have been a few changes at New Mexico Piñon Coffee. Late in 2004
Jim sold the company after 12 years, and I am honored to take over this
fine organization, with a long tradition of providing high quality,
world re-known Piñon coffee. I, and all of our employees, believe that
there is nothing better we can do to honor this tradition than to
continue to offer coffee where the beans have been carefully selected
from among the finest high-altitude Arabica beans, hand-roasted in a
small batch roaster: our beans require constant attention, both visually
and aromatically, in order to ensure the correct roast for each batch.
As the new owner, I pledge to provide you with the best coffee possible.
